What is your job, and how long have you worked for ZITON?
I work as a Sales Coordinator at ZITON, where I support the sales team with coordination, communication, and follow-up on various tasks and projects. I am still relatively new in the role and in the industry, which makes every day a great opportunity to learn something new, and so far it has been a very exciting journey.
What does it take to perform at your best in your job?
For me, good communication and collaboration with my colleagues are very important, and a supportive team environment makes a big difference. Having a structured overview of tasks and priorities also helps me perform my job at my best. It is equally important to maintain good communication and cooperation with our customers, to ensure smooth processes and strong relationships.
What is the most challenging part of the job for you?
Since I am still relatively new to the industry, there is a great deal to learn, which can sometimes be challenging. However, I see this as a positive challenge, as it allows me to develop new skills and gain valuable knowledge every day.
What motivates you to go to work every day?
What motivates me most is being part of a great team and contributing to the work we do at ZITON. It is also very motivating to work for a company that contributes to the green transition and plays an important role in the renewable energy sector.
What do you think is the most remarkable or exciting case you have worked on? And why?
Many of the cases I have worked on have been exciting, as they have helped me understand the industry better. I also thought it was really special to see ZITON acquire a new vessel, the Wind Discovery, which marked an exciting step for the company.
How has your work developed you as a person?
Working at ZITON has helped me become more confident in handling new challenges and responsibilities. I have also learned a great deal through collaboration with experienced colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge.

ZITON is an exciting company to work for, as it operates in the renewable energy industry and contributes to a more sustainable future. I also really appreciate the positive working environment and the supportive colleagues.
What do you like to spend your free time doing?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also like to relax, stay active, be creative through handicrafts and DIY projects, and explore new places whenever I have the opportunity.
