Siemens Gamesa have through a tender selected ZITONs vessel WIND ENTERPRISE as their main service jack-up for the coming years. Following the successful bidding, ZITON has lifted the option to buy WIND ENTERPRISE which will be executed soonest.

WIND ENTERPRISE is currently undergoing 10 years Class Approval at Fayard shipyard in Denmark prior getting into the SGRE contract March 1st 2021.

The vessel will be able to service the majority of turbines during the charter not least due to a boom extension which will be performed later this year.

ZITON previously saw the jack-up WIND SERVER on charter to Siemens Gamesa in a similar role, but larger turbines require larger vessels to accommodate increased requirements for lifting height and deck space.
